What We Build
One contractor for the whole property line
Most homeowners call us for a fence and end up asking about the deck, the drive gate and the pergola over the pool. We build all of it in-house — same crew, same standard, one point of contact from the first measurement to the final walk-through.

The parts of a fence you never see are the parts that fail first
Anyone can stand pickets up in a line. What separates a fence that looks good for fifteen years from one that leans in three is post depth, concrete, hardware and grade — the work that happens before the first board goes on.

Posts set deep, in concrete, every time
We auger below the frost and expansion zone, set every post in a full concrete collar and crown it so water sheds away from the wood instead of pooling at the base. On rocky Johnson County ground that means slower digging and more concrete — and a fence that stays plumb through the clay swell of a wet spring.
- Full-depth augered post holes
- Concrete collars, crowned to shed water
- Galvanized & coated fasteners throughout
- Rot-boards where grade demands it

Custom detail work, made in our own shop
The Texas star gates, diamond cutouts, arched tops, decorative corbels and iron windows you see in our gallery are not catalogue parts. They are cut and welded for the property they go on, sized to the opening and stained to match the run. It is the detail neighbours notice from the street.
- Texas star & diamond cutouts
- Arched and cathedral gate tops
- Wrought iron windows & inserts
- Cedar corbels and cap-and-trim

One crew, one schedule, one person to call
We are not a lead broker handing your job to whoever answers the phone. The crew that measures your property is the crew that builds it, and you get a direct line to the person running your job. Tear-out, haul-off, permits and HOA submittals are handled — you do not chase anybody.
- Same crew from measure to walk-through
- Old fence tear-out and haul-off included
- HOA and permit paperwork handled
- Written scope and a firm price

Common Questions
Straight answers before you call
How much does a new fence cost in the Alvarado and DFW area?
Cedar privacy fencing generally lands in the $28–$55 per linear foot range installed, depending on height, board pattern, post spacing and whether the old fence has to come out. Ornamental aluminum, welded iron and precast concrete price differently again, and gates are quoted separately because widths, hardware and automation vary so much. We give you a firm written number after an on-site measure rather than a range over the phone.
How long does a fence installation take?
A standard residential backyard — roughly 150 to 250 linear feet — is usually a two to three day build: one day to tear out and set posts, then a curing day, then framing and pickets. Larger runs, custom gates, automation and concrete or ranch work add time. We give you a scheduled window in writing before we start.
Do you handle HOA approval and permits?
Yes. We prepare the drawings, material specifications and property survey markups most North Texas HOAs and municipalities ask for, and we will submit them on your behalf. Alvarado, Burleson, Mansfield, Midlothian and Waxahachie each have their own height and setback rules, and we build to whichever applies to your address.
What kind of wood do you use for privacy fences?
Western red cedar is our default for pickets and rails because it resists rot and insects naturally and takes stain beautifully. Posts are typically treated pine or steel depending on the design and soil. We will walk you through the trade-offs between cedar, treated pine and composite at the estimate.
Should I stain a new cedar fence right away?
Not immediately. New cedar needs roughly 30 to 60 days to release mill glaze and surface moisture before it will accept a penetrating stain properly. We schedule staining as a follow-up visit, and we also wash, brighten and re-stain older fences that have gone silver.
Do you build decks, pergolas and patio covers too, or only fences?
We build all of it with the same crews — custom decks, pergolas, pavilions, gable and shed patio covers, and built-in outdoor kitchens. Combining a fence and an outdoor living structure into one project usually saves you money on mobilisation and gives you a single warranty and a single point of contact.
Do you work on commercial and ranch properties?
Regularly. We install commercial aluminum boundary fencing, precast concrete screening walls, dumpster enclosures, access-controlled gates, welded pipe ranch fence, cattle guards and cross-fencing. We can work to a bid package and provide insurance certificates and lien waivers for general contractors and property managers.
Are estimates really free?
Yes — the on-site measure, the material walk-through and the written proposal cost you nothing and carry no obligation. Call 682-456-8200 or send the estimate form and we will get you on the schedule, usually within a couple of business days.
