Fencing

Ornamental Iron & Aluminum Fencing in North Texas

Powder-coated aluminum and welded wrought iron for pool enclosures, front boundaries, lakefront lots and estate frontage — security and code compliance without giving up the view.

Sometimes the point of a fence is not to block the view — it is to define a boundary, satisfy a pool code, and look expensive doing it. That is where ornamental metal earns its keep.

We install two families of product. Powder-coated aluminum is light, will never rust, racks to follow sloped ground and carries a lifetime finish warranty — the practical choice for most residential and HOA work. Welded steel and wrought iron is heavier, fully custom, and the right answer when you want serious security, oversized spans, or decorative scrollwork and finials that aluminum cannot match.

What We Build

Options, materials and how we detail them

Long boundary runs that stay dead straight

Aluminum panels look effortless when they are right and terrible when they are not — every post out of plumb reads instantly along a long run. We string and laser the line, set posts on consistent centres in concrete, and rack panels section by section so the rails stay parallel to the ground as it rises and falls.

The finish is a baked powder coat over an aluminum extrusion, so there is no rust to sand and no repainting — ever.

  • Rackable panels for grade change
  • Baked powder-coat finish
  • Lifetime finish warranties

Keep the view — lakefront, greenbelt and acreage

If you paid for a water view, a greenbelt or a pasture outlook, a solid fence throws that money away. Ornamental metal gives you a defined, secure boundary you can see straight through, and it stands up to the wind exposure that shreds wood on open lots.

We size pickets and rails to the exposure, and on waterfront and low-lying ground we specify heavier posts and deeper footings than a standard residential spec calls for.

  • Unobstructed sightlines
  • Wind-rated on open lots
  • Marine-grade finish options
  • Puppy-picket lower sections

Pool codes, front entries and arched gates

Texas pool barrier rules are specific: minimum height, maximum gaps, no external climbable horizontals, and self-closing, self-latching gates with the latch above a set height. We build to that spec as a matter of course, and we will tell you before we quote whether your existing fence passes.

For front entries we build arched and flat-top pedestrian gates with cast finials, powder-coated hardware and magnetic latches — the detail that makes a boundary look designed rather than installed.

  • Pool-barrier compliant heights & gaps
  • Self-closing, self-latching gates
  • Arched and flat-top designs
  • Cast finials and scrollwork

Questions

What homeowners ask us about this

Aluminum or wrought iron — which is better?

For most homes, aluminum. It never rusts, it is lighter and cheaper to install, and the powder-coat finish typically carries a lifetime warranty. Choose welded steel or wrought iron when you need heavy security, very wide gate spans, or genuinely custom decorative work.

Will an ornamental fence pass pool code?

Ours will. Texas pool barriers require a minimum height, restricted gap widths, no easily climbable external horizontals, and self-closing and self-latching gates with the latch mounted above a specified height. We build to that standard and will confirm your local amendments before quoting.

Can ornamental fence follow a sloped yard?

Yes. Rackable panels pivot at each picket so the rails stay parallel to the ground. On steeper grade changes we step the panels instead. Either way you do not end up with triangular gaps under the fence.

Does aluminum fencing need painting or maintenance?

Essentially none. Wash it when it gets dusty. The powder coat is baked onto the extrusion, and because the metal underneath is aluminum there is nothing to rust even if the coating is scratched.
